What is new is that someone seems to have been listening to my usual rants and raves over what should be done to this series. TrueSwing is present and correct the graphics are as shiny as ever, the create-a-golfer tool allows for the usual circus of imagined grotesques to have their day on the links of the world and the officially licensed music is, as usual, designed to annoy anyone with an actual interest in playing golf. The core of the game is pretty much as was. After all, EA Sports appears to have made a proper attempt at changing things with this latest version of the popular golfing sim, so it's only fair. And Cut And paste and find/replace 2005 with 2006.
